Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fest Lineup (the "Service"), operated by Live Creatives Digital LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

The Service

Fest Lineup helps music event organizers build and rank artist lineups using social media data, and generate a poster from the result. Some features are available for free browsing; using the workspace to save a lineup requires an account, which is available by invitation only.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by teammates you invite.

Invitation-Only Access

Accounts are available by invitation only. You can create an account only with an email address that has been invited, and we may decline or withdraw invitations at our discretion.

• A workspace owner can invite or remove teammates, up to 5 people per workspace including the owner.
• Access is tied to the invited email address and can't be transferred.

Bespoke Design Requests

If you contact us for a custom, bespoke admat or poster design beyond what the Service's built-in customization supports, that work is scoped and priced separately and is governed by whatever terms we agree to directly with you at the time, not by these Terms.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the artist lineups, text, and images you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service back to you and your teammates. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any image you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Attempt to bypass the invitation or seat limits or access other organizations' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.

Third-Party Data

Follower and subscriber counts are sourced from Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We don't control and aren't responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect that. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
